Measuring inclusion

We hear time and time again that understanding the impact of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts is becoming increasingly difficult. 

We believe that accelerating inclusion requires an evidence-based approach that is backed by data. This view is shared by many across the private, public and third sectors.

The nine measures of inclusion

Using a combination of psychology, data science and intelligence, we are able to understand how inclusive an organisation and culture is using the following nine measures. These nine measures make up our unique model, called inside out inclusion®.
